These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and any purchase you make from Junior Cub. The website is operated by Junior Cub, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Junior Cub", "we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Online store

We sell children's clothing, shoes and accessories to customers in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and sizes can vary slightly between styles. Please check each product's description and our size guide before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely through Shopify's checkout; we do not store your full card details. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, in which case we will refund you in full.

4. Orders

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Privacy

How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy .

7. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Junior Cub or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Junior Cub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
